伊莉莎白國王菌屬(Elizabethkingia spp.) 為新興的伺機性革蘭氏陰性菌,屬於非發酵、具氧化酶活性的桿狀細菌。此菌常存在於潮濕環境及醫療照護設施中,包括供水系統、加濕器及醫療器材等。Elizabethkingia spp. 多與院內感染相關,可引起菌血症、肺炎及腦膜炎等疾病,尤其好發於免疫功能低下或重症病人。由於其具有先天性多重抗藥性,臨床治療選擇有限,感染後死亡率較高,因此已成為全球抗藥性監測與感染管制的重要關注菌種之一。
